
COMPLETE INGREDIENTS
- Water 11tr, Mutton Boneless 1kg
- Tomato Chopped – Icup
- Salt, Oil 3 tbsp
- Aroma Mutton Tawa Fry Masala 4.5 tbsp
- Onion Chopped – Icup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- G. Chilieses 3-4 nos, Coal for smoke
METHOD
- Cook Mutton Boneless in 1 ltr water, adding salt. Bring it to a boil and cover the pan for 45 minutes, or until the meat is 85% done.
- In a Tawa pour the oil, chopped onion, and cook until translucent, then add ginger and garlic paste, cook for a minute, and add chopped tomatoes, salt as needed.
- Now add Aroma Royal mutton Tawa Fry Masala, cook on medium flame for 8 minutes, continue cooking for five more minutes by adding yogurt.
- Place the boiled mutton in the masala mix, add the chilli cuts, and cook on a high flame for 7 minutes.
- Place the coal in an aluminium foil cup, which needs to be placed in the middle of the Tawa Pour the oil on the coal and smoke for 1 minute by covering the Tawa.
- Here, your finger-licking, tasty Mutton Tawa Fry is ready. Add cilantro and onion slices while serving.
