
COMPLETE INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 6 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2.5 tbsp Aroma Royal Turkish Kebab Mix
- 1 kg Boneless Chicken Thighs.
METHOD
- Add the Yogurt, Lemon juice(squeezed), Olive oil, Ketchup, Garlic(minced), salt, and Aroma Royal Turkish Kebab Mix together in a bowl.
- Place the Chicken Thigh halves into the yogurt marinade and coat them on all sides. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. (minimum 2 hours)
- Preheat an outdoor grill or flat Pan and slightly apply oil on the pan or in the grill grate.
- Use the skewers for each kebab thread half of the chicken thighs onto the skewers.
- Now place the kebab on the grill or in a flat Pan.
- Don’t turn them at least 5 to 6 minutes. Then turn the kebabs and grill the other sides. Continue cooking until chicken gets deep pinkish
- colour. Once the deep pink colour appears on all sides of the kebabs, take them out and they’re ready to serve.
