
COMPLETE INGREDIENTS
- Fish 1/2 kg,
- Sesame oil 4 tsp,
- Green Chilli- 3 pcs Salt,
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp.
- Garlic 8 cloves,
- Tamarind Juice/paste, Curry leaves,
- Chilli Powder 1 tsp,
- Onion -1,
- Coconut Chopped 1/2 cup. Musturd 1tsp,
- Aroma Village Fish Curry Masala 2 tbsp.
- Tomato -3,
- Fenugreek 1tsp
METHOD
- Clean the fish cuts, mix well with turmeric powder, salt, and let it sit for some time.
- Grind the Onion, Tomato, and green chillies. Take it in a bowl, add the Aroma Village Fish Curry Masala along with chopped coconut, tamarind juice. Mix well to combine all.
- Pour the Sesame oil in the pan Now, you add the Mustard, Fenugreek, Curry leaves, Cloves of garlic, Chilli Powder 1 tsp,and Turmeric
- Powder 1 tsp. Here you have to mix the Chopped (Grinded) Onion, Tomato, Green Chillies, and Cook for a while.
- And take the Aroma Village Fish Curry Masala (which is combined with coconut and tamarind juice). Add this into the pan with some water & salt as needed.
- Then, finally, place the fish cuts, cook them for 6-7 minutes. Here, your Village Fish Curry is Ready……..
