
COMPLETE INGREDIENTS
- Basmati rice 1kg
- Chicken -1 kg
- Oil-100 ml
- Ghee -150 g
- Onion -400 g
- Tomato -350 g
- Ginger Garlic Paste -3 tsp
- Cinnamon, biryani leaf as needed
- Clove, Cardamom-4
- Mint & Coriander as Needed
- G. Chili-6, Yoghurt -1 cup
- Chili Powder -1
- 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder -1/5 tsp
- Aroma Royal Masala-2 tsp (25g)
- Lemon Squeezed-1pc
METHOD
- Soak the rice for half an hour. Pour oil and ghee in the cooker and fry the Cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and biryani leaves.
- Add ginger garlic paste and onion, and tomato fry it well. When half done, add half of the mint and coriander leaves, chopped, and stir well.
- Then add G. chilli, chilli powder, turmeric powder, chicken, salt, and yoghurt, 1/2 cup lemon juice, and let it boil.
- Once the chicken gets cooked, add 5 cups of water, and let it boil. Once the water is boiled, add the soaked rice.
- Add the right amount of salt, then add the remaining mint and coriander leaves, and let it boil.
- Once 3/4 of the rice is cooked, turn the Stove on a medium-low flame. and pour the remaining lemon Squeezed Finally add the aroma royal biryani Masala. Turn off the stove after 10 minutes.
